Bike owned by Arthur M. Longsjo, Jr. on indefinite loan to the Fitchburg Historical Society by the owner, Francis Ouellette who purchased it to race. He replaced the wheels, and one of the shift levers. .
The frame was made by Ducheron of Paris. Bike was purchaseed for Longsjo by Worcester fans who purchased fundraising pins. This is the bike he rode in the 1956 Summer Olympics held in Melbourne Australia.
