    Forty-two black and white photographs taken on the destroyer, U.S.S. Thomas F. Nickel while Robert Leblanc was serving in the Navy during World War II. These photoraphs are all labeled and dated October 11, 1944 which is the day the ship crossed the equator. These photos were taken during the traditional Naval ceremony that was performed as the ship crossed the equator.
