Scope & Content |
Booklet titled: "Faith United Parish" "50 Years Together". A Cooperative Ministry of Calvinistic Congregational Church and First United Methodist Church. The two churches listed above joined together in 1967 to form Faith United Parish (FUP). The FUP was an active church in Fitchburg until it closed in June 2018 due to a declining membership. The booklet notes the many ministries and groups that were active, and there is a history of each of the churches. The Rev. Jeffrey Conlon was the church pastor from 2010 - 2018. The Music Director was Roy Imperio. Parish Council Chairman Andrew Lipasti helped lead the church from 2006-2018. This 50 Year Anniversary Booklet was produced by Paul Strong. |
