The photos include family group pictures, wedding pictures, Christmas cards with pictures, and children playing with scooters, sleds, and on horseback. This photo album gift is given in memory of Mayor Alfred Woollacott, who served as Mayor of Fitchburg from 1938-1948.

   A memoir from Robert E. Greenwood, Mayor of Fitchburg from 1934-1938. The memoir has 267 pages and is handwritten in six small 6x8" notebooks. Robert Earl Greenwood was born in Gardner, MA April 26, 1904. He died in Fitchburg on December 24, 1970 (aged 66). He is buried in Crystal Lake Cemetery in the Greenwood family plot in Gardner, MA. 5. Fitchburg City Documents 1873. The book noted as City Document No. 1 has several chapters and first includes the Inaugural Address of Mayor Amasa Norcross at the Inauguration of the First City Government, January 6, 1873. Following the inaugural address are many Annual City Reports such as City Auditor, City Engineer, Superintendant of Schools, Superintendant of Streets, Police and Fire. In the listing of Government and Officers of the City of Fitchburg it lists Elijah M. Dickinson as Ward 1 Alderman, Charles T. Crocker as Ward 2 Alderman, and Henry Jackson as City Clerk. Elijah Dickinson is also listed on the Standing Committee for the Fire Department. There is a print of the City of Fitchburg Seal noting: Fitchburg, a Town Feb. 3, 1764 and a City Mar. 8, 1872. The book was published in Fitchburg by Reveilee Steam Printing Works, 1873. - Book
