A menu card for the First Annual Banquet of the Manning, Maxwell & Moore, Inc. Foreman's Club. The banquet was held at the Hotel Raymond on Dec. 4, 1915 at 7:30pm. The menu included: Blue Points on Half Shell, Boned Smelts, Duchess Potatoes, Fillet of Beef Aux Champignons, Saratoga Chips, Doights De Dame, Macaroons, and Demi-Tasse. The menu card is 4.25" x 5.5" printed on thick green paper.
