"Huntley" may refer to Sullivan W. Huntley, Ward 3 Assistant Assessor c. 1913-14 3. "Ryan" may refer to Frederick Ryan, Inspector of Buildings, Inspector of Elevators, and Superintendent of Public Buildings c.1913-14 4.
