Description |
Metal helmet with a red cross and the number 101 in the written in the middle and white S and T on either side of the cross. This helmet was worn by soldiers on the Sanitary Train that provided medical care to wounded soldiers. This has a liner in the helmet and a leather chin strap. This helmet was worn by Alfred Woollacott when he served in the 103 Field Hhospital of the 26th Division during the war. |
