A small log book of trees on some of the city streets of Fitchburg in 1898. It was kept by Frank B. Kingsbury and is amazing in its detail. Kingsbury noted the variety of the trees which included Elm, Basswood, Horse Chestnut, and Maple. He also recorded the circumference of the tree, and mapped the exact location on street grids.
